Current documents
The Terms of Use govern access to the company website and current public services. The Privacy Policy explains how Trinect handles personal information.
Product-specific terms
LabSpace, Trinect Solutions, and Trinect Travels are still in development. Before any product opens accounts, takes payment, processes additional categories of data, or provides contracted services, it may publish supplemental terms that describe that product. If supplemental terms conflict with these general policies, the supplemental terms will control for that product.
Documents not yet applicable
Trinect does not currently publish a hosting service-level agreement or customer data processing addendum because no public product is sold with those commitments today. Those documents will be issued when a service or customer relationship requires them. We will not advertise uptime guarantees, response commitments, or processing terms before the company can support them operationally.
