These documents explain the rules that apply when you visit Trinect.org, subscribe to the newsletter, communicate with us, or use a Trinect service covered by them.

Current documents
The Terms of Use govern access to the company website and current public services. The Privacy Policy explains how Trinect handles personal information. The Cookie Policy explains the technical storage the site uses and the analytics it runs only with your consent.
Product-specific terms
LabSpace and PunchMan are available and publish their own terms and privacy policies on their own sites: LabSpace at labspacetrinect.tech/terms and labspacetrinect.tech/privacy, and PunchMan at punchman.org/terms and punchman.org/privacy. NOMAD is still in development. Before a product opens accounts, takes payment, processes additional categories of data, or provides contracted services, it publishes supplemental terms that describe that product. If supplemental terms conflict with these general policies, the supplemental terms control for that product.
Payments and refunds
Trinect.org does not sell anything or take payment. Subscribing to the newsletter is free. A product that charges for a subscription publishes its prices, billing terms, and refund policy on its own site before it takes payment. PunchMan’s refund policy is at punchman.org/refunds.
Documents not yet applicable
Trinect does not currently publish a hosting service-level agreement or customer data processing addendum because no public product is sold with those commitments today. Those documents will be issued when a service or customer relationship requires them. We will not advertise uptime guarantees, response commitments, or processing terms before the company can support them operationally.
