Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Trinect collects, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated August 28, 2026

1. Scope and company

Trinect LLC is a limited liability company organized in New Jersey, United States. This policy applies to Trinect.org, the current waitlist, communications with Trinect, and any service that links directly to this policy. A future product may publish a supplemental privacy notice before it collects product-specific information.

2. Information you provide

  • Waitlist information, currently limited to the email address you submit.
  • Communications and support information you choose to include when contacting us.
  • Feedback, survey responses, applications, files, or other material you choose to provide through a future feature covered by this policy.
  • Transaction or account information only if a future service clearly requests it and provides any additional notice required at that time.

3. Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, request identifiers, performance information, and diagnostic or security logs.

The current landing page does not use a third-party advertising network or a separate behavioral analytics product. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

4. Age confirmation

The waitlist asks you to confirm that you are at least 13. The confirmation is checked when the request is submitted, but Trinect does not store your age, date of birth, or the confirmation in the waitlist database.

5. How we use information

  • Provide requested company, product, launch, and early-access communications.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and services.
  • Respond to questions, feedback, legal requests, and support matters.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our policies.
  • Understand aggregate service performance and plan product development.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and comply with applicable obligations.

6. Legal bases where applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide a service you request, based on your consent, for legitimate interests such as security and product operation that are not overridden by your rights, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. How information is disclosed

Trinect does not sell personal information. Trinect does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not disclose the waitlist to unrelated companies for their own marketing.

  • Service providers that process information for Trinect, including Supabase for waitlist database services and Vercel for website hosting and request infrastructure.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or contractors who need information to provide services and are subject to appropriate obligations.
  • Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of a service.
  • A buyer, successor, or participant in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the relevant business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The current company site does not intentionally set advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. Essential infrastructure may use technical storage or request identifiers needed for security, routing, or reliable delivery. Future account or product features may require essential cookies, and this policy will be updated if our practices materially change.

9. Storage and international transfers

Supabase stores waitlist information, and Vercel processes website traffic and operational logs. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Where required, Trinect will use recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.

10. Retention

We retain a waitlist email until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist is no longer needed. Communications are kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to provider settings, security needs, and applicable requirements. Information may be retained longer when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. The waitlist endpoint uses limited Supabase credentials and insert-only database permissions; it does not expose a public method to read the waitlist. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You may unsubscribe from marketing or product updates at any time. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where an exception applies.

Submit a privacy request to legal@trinect.org. You may also contact the privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction where that right applies.

13. United States privacy disclosures

Trinect does not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. If a state privacy law applies to Trinect and grants additional rights, we will honor verified requests as required. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

14. Children under 13

The site and waitlist are intended for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we received personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

15. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy. Review those notices before providing information to a third party.

16. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Trinect and its services develop. The date at the top identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to legal@trinect.org.
