Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to Trinect.org and the public features, information, waitlists, and services that link to them. Read them before using the site.

Last updated August 28, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and Trinect LLC (“Trinect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site, joining a waitlist, or using a service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.

Additional terms may apply to a particular Trinect product, paid engagement, beta program, or customer contract. Those additional terms become part of the agreement when you accept them.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site or join a waitlist. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. The current service

Trinect.org is presently a company website with product information, policy pages, public status information, links, and waitlist intake. Product descriptions, interface previews, roadmaps, launch timing, and availability are informational and may change.

Joining a waitlist does not create a customer relationship and does not guarantee access, launch timing, pricing, functionality, support, or continued development of any product.

4. Accounts and credentials

The company website does not currently provide public user accounts. If a Trinect service later offers an account, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, restrict access to authorized people, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws. You may not use the site or services to harm people, violate rights, distribute unlawful material, send spam, interfere with operations, bypass security, misrepresent identity, or obtain unauthorized access to systems or data.

6. Communications and waitlists

When you submit an email address, you represent that you control the address or have permission to use it. You may not enroll another person without permission. You may unsubscribe from non-essential messages at any time using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

7. Your submissions

If you send feedback, suggestions, requests, or other material, you retain ownership of material you own. You grant Trinect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that material as reasonably necessary to evaluate it, respond to you, operate the service, and develop products. Do not send confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the material and that our permitted use will not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

8. Trinect intellectual property

The site and its original software, designs, text, graphics, product concepts, names, and other materials are owned by Trinect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms permit you to access the public site for personal or internal informational use. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected material.

You may not use Trinect names, product names, marks, or visual identity in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe material available through a Trinect service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@trinect.org identifying the protected work, the material at issue, its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act. We may request additional information before acting.

10. Third-party services and links

Trinect relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to websites or services we do not control. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not mean Trinect endorses or guarantees the third party. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before using those services.

11. Beta and pre-release services

A beta, preview, prototype, early-access feature, or other pre-release service may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice. It may contain errors and is not intended for high-risk or production-critical use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Feedback about a pre-release service may be used to improve Trinect products.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site or an unpaid pre-release service. We do not promise that the site will always be available, secure, error-free, or unchanged. Any service-level commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement signed or accepted by Trinect.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or Trinect; address unlawful conduct; enforce these Terms; or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and current pre-release services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Trinect disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that information is complete or current, that access will be uninterrupted, or that errors will be corrected.

Content on the company website is general information and is not legal, medical, financial, investment, research, safety, or travel advice.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinect and its members, personnel, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, use, or data; or the cost of substitute services arising from the site or these Terms.

For claims that cannot be excluded, Trinect’s aggregate liability relating to the current unpaid site and waitlist will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trinect and its members, personnel, affiliates, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your material breach of these Terms, or material you submit that violates another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Trinect’s own unlawful conduct.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, claims relating to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.

18. General terms

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the current site and replace prior discussions about that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; Trinect may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant business.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website and products develop. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects an active service, we will provide notice appropriate to that service. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@trinect.org.
