Trinect Solutions
Custom software for the parts your existing tools do not connect.
When your team moves the same information between spreadsheets, inboxes and separate platforms, an integration or a small application may be more useful than replacing everything. We start with one workflow and the people who use it.
Customer portals with a clear purpose.
A portal can let customers check an order, submit a request, access what they bought or review their account. We map which information belongs to each customer and which actions staff need to approve. Permissions, sign-in and account recovery belong in that plan from the beginning.
Dashboards for the work behind the website.
An internal dashboard can bring enquiries, quotes, bookings or order exceptions into one view. Before proposing one, we check whether an existing tool already covers the requirement. If custom development is justified, the scope names the users, data sources, actions and reports, so the result has a concrete job.
Automation with a way to recover.
A useful automation must handle more than the successful path. A payment can be retried, a booking can change, and an external platform can be unavailable. We discuss how staff will see a failure, what can be retried safely and how a person can correct the record. These requirements help prevent automation from becoming an invisible source of work.
Build in a manageable first release.
We agree a bounded initial version, its acceptance checks and the accounts it connects to. Changes are approved before implementation. You keep ownership of the code and your provider accounts, with handover and maintenance requirements included in the proposal.
Questions before you start
Do I need a custom app or an integration?
That depends on the gap. If an existing platform already does most of the job, connecting it to another system may be enough. The discovery call is where we compare those options.
Can you automate our spreadsheets and email processes?
We can scope workflows such as collecting enquiries, updating booking status or preparing an internal report. We first confirm the data sources, approvals and exceptions before recommending what to automate.
Who owns the software?
You own the code we write for your project and keep the platform accounts in your name. Any third-party subscriptions and licence terms are identified separately.
