Trinect Solutions

Check the important customer journeys before launch day.

A website can look finished while its payment, account or recovery journeys still need attention. Trinect Launch Ready is a scoped independent assessment for founder-built websites, stores and applications.

Customer privacy and purchase to access.

The two core questions are whether one customer can see or change another customer’s information, and whether a completed purchase gives the buyer the correct product or access. We agree which systems and journeys are in scope before testing. Test accounts and test orders are used; real customer records remain in your systems.

Look beyond a successful checkout.

Depending on the option agreed, a wider review can cover sign-up, sign-in, password reset, administrator protection, backups and recovery, phone and tablet use, platform capacity and the way changes reach production. Failed payments, cancelled subscriptions and interrupted journeys should be considered alongside ordinary purchases.

A report you can act on.

Findings describe the issue, its practical impact, its priority and the outcome a fix should reach. The assessment provides a written go or not-yet for the areas reviewed. You can use the report with your own developer or ask us to quote fixes separately. An assessment covers the agreed scope and time; it cannot promise the absence of every future fault.

Permission before testing or changes.

No system testing begins until written authorisation names the systems, tests and test window. Access uses platform invitations with the permissions required for the work. Changes need your approval, a backup and a re-test. The engagement is an assessment, not a compliance certification.

Questions before you start

Can you review an AI-built or no-code website?

Yes. The review focuses on the customer journeys and platforms used, including tools such as Supabase, Firebase, Stripe, Webflow, WordPress and Shopify. We agree the accessible systems and test scope first.

Is this a penetration test or a certification?

The exact tests are defined in the engagement. Launch Ready is an independent readiness assessment, not a blanket penetration-testing service or a legal or compliance certification.

Will you fix everything you find?

Fixes are a separate approval. The readiness options on the Solutions page explain which options include urgent-fix hours. You can also take the findings to your existing developer.
