Monitoring can cover website availability and application errors, with alerts for the agreed systems. We establish what should be monitored, who receives an alert and which actions are included in your plan. Monitoring is useful evidence, but it is not a promise that every interruption can be prevented.
Check that backups can be restored.
A successful backup notification does not by itself show that recovery will work. Trinect Care Plans include a monthly backup-restore test and a monthly status report. The onboarding scope identifies the website, database and files that need recovery, together with the access required to test them safely.
Updates and support with clear boundaries.
The published Essentials plan includes platform and dependency updates and two support hours each month. Growth includes additional support time, quarterly security re-checks and review of new dashboards before release. Larger changes are scoped separately so ongoing care does not become an undefined rebuild.
Keep the accounts in your name.
Your hosting, domain and platform bills stay with you, and we do not mark up what you pay your providers. The current Solutions page lists prices, response commitments and cancellation terms. We confirm suitability and access during onboarding before starting the plan.

Do you maintain an existing business website?
We first review the current platform, code, access and recovery arrangements. If it fits our service, we agree the supported systems and any onboarding work before starting a Care Plan.
Does a Care Plan guarantee uptime?
No uptime guarantee is advertised. Monitoring, backups, updates and agreed support help manage operational risks, while the scope and response commitments are set out in the plan.
Where can I see prices and terms?
The Solutions page contains the current Essentials and Growth prices, included support hours, response times and plan terms. Any additional project work is quoted separately.
